Key Issues

The decisions we make now will define what Ogden Valley becomes in the years ahead. As we elect our first mayor, we have the chance to set a new standard — one rooted in transparency, ethics, and real community collaboration. My campaign is grounded in a simple promise: to lead with integrity, listen openly, and put Ogden Valley first. I also believe we should adopt a city charter — a foundational document that lets us shape our government to fit our community, not the other way around. The priorities below reflect not just political goals, but core values I believe we all share. These are the principles that will guide my leadership — and the kind of future I’ll work to build with you.

Ogden Valley First

Every decision I make will ask one question: “Does this benefit the people and future of Ogden Valley?” I’m committed to a leadership style that protects the Valley’s values and prioritizes its residents above outside pressures.

Government Transparency

No closed-door decisions. I will ensure meetings are accessible, agendas are clear, and processes are open to public view. Residents should know how and why every decision is made.

Ethical Leadership

I will hold myself and others to the highest ethical standards. Conflicts of interest, favoritism, and secrecy have no place in local government. Public trust must be earned and protected.

Collaborative Decision Making

Ogden Valley deserves leadership that brings people together. I will create forums for resident input, encourage constructive dialogue, and ensure diverse perspectives help shape our path forward.

Responsible Growth with Accountability

Growth should be guided by thoughtful, transparent planning — not fast-tracked or dictated by special interests. I’ll fight for policies that protect our land, water, and rural way of life while preparing wisely for the future

Support for Local Businesses

Our small businesses are the heart of Ogden Valley’s economy and identity. As Mayor, I will work to cut unnecessary bureaucracy, promote Valley-based entrepreneurship, and ensure local voices are prioritized in economic policy decisions. Supporting local isn’t just a slogan — it’s a strategy for long-term community health.
